Your best option for cheap phone calls
The debate continues as to whether or not landline communications are on their way out. Many of us, myself included, have forgone the use of the landline telephone altogether in favor of the more convenient mobile phone usage. While this in no way lends itself to receiving cheap phone calls, it does allow the complete freedom of mobility (Pun Intended). The flaw in my logic is that my business requires high speed Internet downloads available only by use of a fibre optic cable network. This comes to me by my choice of phone line providers Virgin Media. So even though I have opted not to use home phone service, I’m still paying for line rental. Bear in mind that the connection came about when I installed the new phone line a few years ago. I’d like to be able to report that I use this high speed connection for hundred channel television watching, but I do not. The truth is I prefer Freesat as provided from SKY. This setup allows me to opt in for a few special pay per view programmes. As you can see I’ve not truly made up my mind as to any one particular United Kingdom home telecommunications provider. I am among the many UK consumers who are not saving money by bundling all of these desired services. Because of this I’ve begun to read reviews and comparisons of all the leading UK home phone, broadband and TV providers so that I might find a balance of services that saves me money.
